"I cannot say enough kind words about my agent, Steve Scherma! He took his time walking me through all of the aspects of coverage needed for my new Condo and actually explained instead of making me feel like this knowledge should have already been second nature to me. When you are about to put down roots in your forever home, this is the kind of care you need. He also made me laugh and made conversation with me. "I understand my agent shows as Marc on the State farm site, but for the person i actually worked with throughout the entire process, Valeryn Bartolo, she was able to walk me through flawlessly and I have nothing but good things to say about her.
